The Boudoir studio payment plan contract
We offer a “flexible” payment plan that will allow you to pay for your product(s) over a time period of your choice, up to 6 months long. NO PRODUCTS WILL BE RECEIVED UNTIL PAYMENT IS MADE IN FULL.
You can pick how often the payment gets processed (weekly, monthly, etc.) and how much gets processed (must be a minimum of $50 processed every time). We will process the first payment at your photo-viewing appointment to start the payment plan and you’ll need to give us the credit card info for the card you want used for all subsequent payments. We will automatically deduct the agreed upon amount on the agreed upon days and, after each payment is processed, you will receive an emailed invoice which will show you the remaining balance.
Once you start a payment plan, you can no longer make changes to the order. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable and if you cease to make payments at any time, all monies paid until that point will NOT be refunded and you will not receive any products.

I understand that I will not receive any products until the entire balance has been paid off. I also understand that all payments made are non-refundable and non-transferrable. I acknowledge that I have read and agreed to the above terms.
